MY SUCCESS STORY
I started my healthy habits when I was 21 (wayyyy before kids). Why? Because my metabolism changed and I saw a different Mira in the mirror. I didn't like time taking control of my body, so I decided to take my health and fitness into my own hands.
I naturally fell in love with the healthy lifestyle and it carried me through three pregnancies, postpartum, breastfeeding journeys, family deaths, multiple moves, job changes... all the ups and downs we face in life.

I love taking the hard road, accepting new challenges and working on self development. Healthy habits reap so many benefits outside of your physical appearance. If you follow me on Insta (@DesaiDestinations) I'm sure you've seen me crazy dancing, jumping, running, and playing with my kids as if nothing holds me back. I'm now 34 years old, and my body/ energy feels the same, if not stronger than ever!

People make the mistake of thinking "I need life to be easy and THEN I will start working out." The funny thing is, life will never be easy, especially after having kids. The best time to start is today, not tomorrow, not when "things slow down"... just today.
