  • Vanilla Core Power (26g protein)

  • ¼ tsp Sonth Ganthoda powder (Dry Ginger powder & Piplamool powder)

  • ¼  tsp Turmeric

  • ⅛-¹/16 tsp Cardamom


Directions

  1. Warm Vanilla Core Power 1 minute in the microwave.

  2. Mix in spices and drink! Enjoy:)
