Ingredients
1 mini cucumber
2 small cocktail tomato, sliced
Red onion sliced
Butter lettuce chopped
Sea salt
Pepper
Low carb pita bread
1/2 cup of Hummus (Member's Mark)
Optional: lemon juice
Directions:
Heat pita with olive oil spray
Slice up cucumber, tomato, red onion, and lettuce
Once pita is golden, spread hummus, layer with veggies.
Sprinkle sea salt, pepper and if you wish, lemon juice
