Protein Pizza

Ingredients (makes 1 pizza, but I'd recommend 2 for a meal!)
1 Joseph's Fine Foods; Flax, Oat & Whole Wheat Pita Bread
1 Egglife egg white wrap
10g Fiesta blend finely shredded reduced fat cheese
20g Rao's Marinara sauce
Red pepper flakes
roasted garlic and herbs
pickled jalepeno
Directions:
Warm your pita with olive oil spray on non stick pan or cast iron for a more crunchy pizza, remove and plate
Warm egg white warp with olive oil spray on medium low heat
Plate it - place egg white on top of piita bread, spoon 20g of sauce, sprinkly 10g cheese and microwave for 30 seconds
Sprinkle red pepper flakes, roasted garlic herb seasoning, and pickled jalepeno
