Ingredients:
1 low carb tortilla
Firm tofu, chopped small
Chickpeas
Vanilla Greek yogurt
White onion, chopped small
Coriander powder
Chat masala
Pani puri masala
Red chili
Topping pomegranate
Green chutney
Directions:
Prep tortilla: cut in diamond shapes, spray with olive oil
Air fry tortilla chips at 350 for 5 minutes
Prep tofu: chop in small cubes, spray with olive oil
Mix filling: in a bowl combine prepped tofu, few chickpeas (be mindful, these are carb heavy), chat masala, pani puri masala, and red chili.
Cook filling or Air fry
Prep yogurt sauce: add little salt and water to your yogurt, and whisk
Plate it: first spread out your tortilla chips, layer your filling, and top with yogurt, green chutney and few pomegranates (again, mindful these are carb heavy)
