Ingredients:
0% fat greek yogurt
cucumber, thinly grated
salt to taste
(optional: unsweetened almond milk)
(optional: flavorless protein powder)
Directions:
Measure/portion out your yogurt, don't eye ball it.
Whisk the greek yogurt, maybe add some water to thin it out
Add your grated cucumber
Add salt to taste
Mix and enjoy this lean protein raita
If you need to get some extra protein in, mix in a spoon of protein powder! Splash in a little unsweetened almond milk to add some low carb/ low fat creaminess
