Protein Oatmeal Bowl


Ingredients

  • 24g Rolled oats

  • 100 Egg whites

  • 20g Extra crunchy peanut butter

  • 70g Frozen blueberries

  • Cinnamon (optional)



Directions:

  1. Pour oats and egg whites in a medium/big bowl, splash a little water in it.

  2. Microwave 1 minute, the end result should be fluffy

  3. Add toppings blueberries and peanut butter (cinnamon if you wish)

  4. Enjoy :)
