Ingredients
8 Ore-Ida Golden crispy crowns
200g egg whites
Green zucchini, diced small
White onion, diced small
Bella mushroom, diced small
Salt
Cholula sauce (optional)
Directions:
Pre cut all your vegetables so you can cook this dish faster every morning.
Place your 8 crispy crowns in the toaster oven according to the package directions.
Spray olive oil in cast iron pan, saute onions, zucchini until golden. Add mushrooms in last because they cook the fastest.
In a non stick pan pour your 200g of egg white and scramble on medium-low heat until you've reached your desired consistency
Once your crowns are cooked, cut each one into fourths - this way you get a taste in every bite while keeping a lower carb/fat ratio.
Plate it - mix your cooked vegetables and egg whites on the plate, and top with your crowns. Sprinkle with salt and drizzel cholula sauce if you want a spicier dish.
